All outfits come complete with a 3/4 inch non roll elastic stretch waistband. Tutus are hand tied using nylon tulle and are approximately 50 yards of tulle. The tutu sash bow is attached with side clip and is also detachable.
Complete care instructions for shirt/tutu will be mailed with all orders. Some embellishments might be changed according to what I have in stock.
